We're fully compliant with DVA approved rates and processes, and we work with the PUP (Payment Upfront) portal for seamless, direct invoicing — so there's no out-of-pocket stress for you.

How It Works
A simple, respectful process designed around your needs.
Step 1
Fill out our simple enquiry form or call us on 1300 048 124. Tell us about your DVA card type, home size, and cleaning needs. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Step 2
We'll guide you through uploading your DVA card and any supporting documentation. We can accept digital copies via email or upload through our booking system.
Step 3
A trained, police-checked professional arrives on time with all equipment. We follow a thorough checklist adapted to your specific requirements and preferences.
Step 4
For PUP clients, we invoice directly through the portal. For other arrangements, we work with your case manager to ensure seamless, compliant billing.
